Muivah arriving in India by end Feb.
Dimapur | February 22 : The next round of talks between the government of India and the NSCN (IM) will be held on either March 2 or March 3 in New Delhi. The general secretary of the NSCN (IM) Thuigaleng Muivah will arrive in New Delhi on February 27. Highly-placed sources from the NSCN (IM) informed Newmai News Network tonight in Dimapur that Th. Muivah will be arriving in India on the invitation of Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh. Prompted by this development, NSCN (IM) functionaries will be leaving Dimapur for New Delhi for the preparation of “ground work.” Sources further disclosed that the NSCN (IM) leaders based in Nagaland who will be participating in the March 2 talks will also be leaving the state for New Delhi in the next few days.
