CONDOLENCE MESSAGE
CHq Hebron, the 6th September, 2022
The Government of the People’s Republic of Nagalim (GPRN) is extremely shocked and saddened by the untimely demise of our comrade Brigadier Ghoshito Yeptho, MM, Army No. ST-28004 of the General Headquarters (GHq), Naga Army after a prolonged illness. He was from Suhoi village under Union Territory (UT).
He enrolled in the Naga Army on the 15th July, 1985 and subsequently served the Naga Army in various capacities till he breathed his last at the Zion Hospital, Dimapur on the 5th September, 2022.
He served the Naga nation with unwavering patriotism until his demise. The void created by his death would be difficult to fill in. For his selfless contributions to the Naga national cause, his name shall be recorded in the pages of the Naga history and he shall be remembered for all time to come.
The Naga nation proudly salutes this great son of the soil. It is our prayers that the Almighty God will comfort his family members during this time of grief.
May his soul find eternal peace!
As a mark of respect to (L) Brig. Ghoshito Yeptho, MM, all the offices under the GPRN remained closed on the 5th September, 2022 from 12 noon onward and the Naga national flag was flown at half-mast.
