ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The Government of the People’s Republic of Nagalim (GPRN) expresses sincere appreciation and gratitude:
To the Naga Students’ Union Delhi, Eastern Naga Students’ Union Delhi & Nagas in Delhi for organizing a condolence program for Gen. (Retd.) Kholi Konyak, Vice-President of the GPRN on 13/12/2018 at Nagaland House, New Delhi.
To all those tribal organizations for receiving the mortal remains of the VP at Dimapur Airport on 13/12/2018.
To the Naga Hoho and Naga Council Dimapur for organizing a public reception program for the VP on 13/12/2018 at Agri Expo, 4th Mile, Dimapur.
To all who escorted the VP to the CHQ Hebron from Dimapur.
To the Angami Public Organization (Kohima), Rengma Hoho (Tseminyu), Lotha Hoho (Wokha), Ao Senden (Mokokchung), Konyak Union of Mon & Tobu for the warm reception and hospitality accorded to the entourage of the VP during his final journey to his native village. The Lotha Hoho & Ao Senden provided food packets & Konyak Union hosted a delicious dinner for the entourage at Mon, while every Naga villages that the entourage crossed prayed together with the entourage as a mark of love & respect to the VP of GPRN.
To all the Naga Political Groups (NPGs), Government of India, Leaders of Nagaland Legislative Assembly, Political Parties, Nagaland Government & Police, Revolutionary Fraternity from the North East region, all the Naga and non-Naga Civil Society Organizations/Unions, Students’ Unions/Associations, Indigenous Organizations, Church Leaders, Volunteers, Media Fraternity & well-wishers of the VP for having always stood with the Naga Nation wherever we are & mourning in unity with the GPRN at this hour of great loss despite the differences we may have & heavy schedules of each one of you all.
The mortal remains of the late VP have now finally been laid to rest at Wangshu village, about 8 kilometers from Tobu with full honor.
The GPRN shall cherish the love and respect shown to the late Vice-President and the GPRN. May God bless you all! The GPRN wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
