Despite various intolerable circumstances, the NSCN is all out for reconciliation based on the historical and political rights of the Nagas. While Nagas across the length and breadth of Nagalim are striving for reconciliation and peace-process, there are few notorious politicians who are deliberately striving to fragment the Naga society and sabotage the on going Indo-Naga peace talks. The NSCN stand is very clear that we have no ill-will towards or enmity with any party or individual. But we do not tolerate any act of those who work overtly or covertly against the national principle. It is crystal clear to all and sundry how a man like Mr. S.C Jamir works against his own people from the very outset of the movement. He has been a thorn in the fresh of the Naga people’s politics of national independence. It was he who was deadly opposed to solution during A.Z. Phizo’s time. It was he and his colleagues who divided the Nagas through the so-called 16-points agreement. He was one of the architects of military coup in 1978 where hundreds of patriots were killed. He has been harboring and using Khaplang group against the national cause since 1988. Apart from the colossal forces of India, Khaplang group has always been a good instrument for his election to power. He is the real godfather of mafia in Nagalim who adopts any means to sit him in the chair. Even at his advance stage of age he is still scheming to sacrifice the future of the Naga people in order to appease the goddess of his master, India. He, using the sweetest words, often tries to convince people in Delhi with twisted version of Naga history. Again he is out to give his all out last efforts for a bloodstain political game. In spite of all his anti-national activities, NSCN leadership warmly welcomed and officially talked with him in the presence of Ao Senden a few months back. Quite contrary to what has been understood together he has still the instinct to sting his own people.
Here we would like to give you a piece of advice that you can never murder your nation however hard you strike. No power on earth has ever killed the inherent right of a people and it will never happen in future too. It is far better for you to reconcile with your own people and live peacefully than inimical to them for the remaining last part of your life.
