NSCN REACTION TO ARREST WARRANTS.
Strongly reacting to Non-bailable Arrest Warrants issued against two NSCN leaders namely, TR.Calvin and Hanshi Ramson by an India Court at the behest of the Government of India, a Joint Council Meeting of the Steering Committee members of NSCN and the Council of Kilonsers of GPRN held at Hebron Camp on the 3rd May 2011 resolved to condemn the arrest warrants of the two. Such act on the part of the GoI clearly exposes the insincerity and hypocrisy of the Government of India and its leaders.
The bilateral Cease-fire between the Government of India and the NSCN is now running into 14th years and political dialogue between the two entities is continuing since 1998. The Government of India is talking about peace and solution on one hand and using gun and dagger on the other. How long and how many times India would cheat and let down the Nagas?? Enough is enough. Stop shooting and arresting the Nagas on one pretext and the other. Seek early solution to the Indo-Naga conflict.
