The Joint Council meeting of the NSCN on 19th July 2010, Once again re-affirmed the June 2009 Chiangmai ” Covenant of Reconciliation” which clearly state, “Naga Reconciliation and forgiveness base on Historical and Political rights of the Nagas”
Therefore any other sugar coated form of Reconciliation arbitrary to this principle except as signed by the Heads of the three Political groups, is not in the command interest of the Naga People.
