What happened on the 18th August, 2023 at Sipijang village situated near Thowai Kuki village, Ukhrul District where three Kuki villagers were allegedly killed by the combined forces of KYKL (Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup) and MNRF (Manipur Naga Revolutionary Front) is something NSCN strongly condemn as it has taken place within the jurisdiction of Nagalim. Such a conduct is an “unwarrantable intrusion”.
MNRF does not represent the interest and welfare of the Nagas in Manipur as MNRF is under the sponsorship of the Manipur valley based organization. Under no circumstances the Nagas wants the Meitei-Kuki-Zo violence spilled into the Naga areas. No ethnic blood should flow in Naga areas in the name of Meitei-Kuki-Zo ethnic conflicts.
